Mike McCann, a big rig ice road driver, travels to Nepal to fulfill his late brother’s last wish: to scatter his ashes on Mount Everest. While on a packed tour bus traversing the treacherous “Road to the Sky”, Mike and his mountain guide, Dhani, encounter a group of ruthless mercenaries. They become unexpectedly entangled in a dangerous plot when they realize the mercenaries are attempting to kidnap Vijay Rai, a human rights activist and the son of a village elder who is leading resistance against a massive dam project that would displace many villages and cut off their water supply.
