An elite squad of six Black Union soldiers, led by an ex slave named Barabbas, who are sent on what is essentially a suicide mission. Their objective is to infiltrate a heavily guarded Confederate fort hidden deep in the Arkansas wilderness. They must destroy the fort’s long-range guns, which are crucial to shifting the tide of the war.
