Two sisters, Joo young and Joo hee, who have just bought their own apartment. However, their new home is plagued by a mysterious and unnerving “noise” that seems to come from the floors between the apartments. While Joo young, who has a hearing impairment, is somewhat insulated from the sounds, they begin to drive her younger sister, Joo hee, to the brink of madness.
