The story revolves around the Wyatt family, a widower father named Taylor and his two children, Amber and Jack. The family is dealing with the recent death of the mother/wife, and each member is coping in a different way. Taylor tries to ignore the grief and sell their house, while his son Jack also tries to suppress his feelings. Amber, an aspiring artist, channels her grief and anger into her sketchbook, filling it with monstrous and violent drawings.
