Three individuals who cross paths on Jeju Island, each with their own agenda. Ju Rin fang is there to expand his drug empire, forcing out local vendors to establish a new hub. Meanwhile, the detective, Jo Soo gwang, has been transferred to the island to cool off after a rough incident. Kim In hae, the conman, is also on the island for a personal reason to stop Ju Rin fang and avenge a crime committed against his family.
